A new, internally illuminated, face-lit wall sign is being installed on the W 105th Street elevation of a property in the Washington Heights neighborhood. This sign, measuring approximately 7'-4" high by 19'-2" wide, replaces an older sign issued in 2008.
This permit was issued on May 14, 2026, with a reported project cost of $15,300. The work is being handled by NOVAK ELECTRIC SIGN COMPANY.
