A new, internally illuminated, face-lit wall sign is being installed on the south elevation of the building at 2309 S Loomis St in Chicago's Lower West Side neighborhood. This customer-facing sign, measuring 3'-6" high by 34'-2" wide, will cover approximately 120 square feet.
This permit was issued on April 30, 2026, with a reported project cost of $12,500. The work is being handled by NOVAK ELECTRIC SIGN COMPANY.
