This permit authorizes the installation of three hydraulic elevators: two freight elevators with 15,000 lbs and 12,000 lbs capacity respectively, and one passenger elevator with a 10,000 lbs capacity. All elevators will serve two floors.
The project, issued on June 29, 2026, has a substantial estimated cost of $1,600,000. OTIS ELEVATOR - LOMBARD is the contractor responsible for this extensive elevator work.
