What was permitted
An administrative change is being processed for an existing permit at 2836 N Sawyer Ave in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood. This update specifically involves the replacement of the electrical contractor for permit number 101081342.
The permit was issued on August 3, 2026, and is now complete. TEXA ENGINEERING is listed as the new contractor. While the permit fee for this administrative change was $100, the cost of the original electrical work would vary significantly.
