A new one-family, three-story semi-detached residence is being constructed in the Tompkinsville-Stapleton-Clifton-Fox Hills neighborhood of Staten Island. This project includes a one-car garage and a separate Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) apartment on the first floor, with its own entrance opening to the side yard.
This foundation project has been issued a permit, with work commencing on September 2, 2026. The contractor for this significant new construction is VIK MANAGEMENT CONSTRUCTI.
