A section of the roof is being replaced, and the parapet wall is undergoing repair at 1520 Sheridan Avenue in the Bronx's Mount Eden-Claremont neighborhood. This work is necessary due to fire and/or water damage that occurred on November 28th, 2025.
This general construction project, with an estimated cost of $164,500, was permitted on July 15, 2026. Apex Group NY Corp is the general contractor responsible for these restoration efforts, with affected apartment restorations filed separately.
