This extensive project involved changing the occupancy of offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors to dwelling units. Additionally, Single Room Occupancy (SRO) units on the 4th through 8th floors were reconfigured into dwelling units, alongside interior and exterior renovations of the community facility.
The permit was issued on June 30, 2026, with a substantial estimated project cost of $6,500,000. MEGA CONTRACTING GP LLC was the general contractor overseeing this large-scale renovation on the Upper West Side.
