| Job Description | - Diagnostic revealed a broken 4x2 wye for the mens restroom sinks. The wye is located under the main hallway. - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professional proceed with repairs. - Begin by utilizing specialized equipment to create a direct access entry hole located in the hallway. - This will expose noted diagnostic issues. - If additional access is needed a supplemented estimated will be provided. - If any more work is needed such as solid rock removal roots or any unforeseeable objects come across this estimate will be supplemented to accommodate the time/material needed to complete the job. - Defective drains will be removed from plumbing system and debris will be hauled away. - Drains will then be replaced with new DWV schedule 40 PVC pipe and fittings in accordance to plumbing code. - After work is completed we will then perform a static test on all the drain system to ensure there are no further leaks. - Plumbing outfitters is not responsible for any cosmetic repairs included but not limited to irrigation repairs necessary sheet rock repairs or landscaping repairs. - Plumbing Outfitters is not responsible for damage to concealed water lines tension cable or rebar. These are considered unforeseen and cannot be avoided. All cautions will be taken to protect these areas. - Foundation access will be inspected by an engineer to ensure foundation is sound after plumbing repair. Customer will be provided with an engineer certification letter. If Engineer determines additional or different materials are required for process of closing up the access hole this estimate will be supplemented to include necessary materials - During the inspection process any requirements by inspector in order to close permit that was outside the original scope of this work is not included on this estimate. - After city inspection passes a rough-concrete patch will be performed all aspects according to e |
