A sidewalk shed is being installed at 12-13 Bay 25 Street in the Far Rockaway-Bayswater area of Queens. This installation will cover 300 pounds per square foot and must comply with Chapter 33 of the 2022 NYC Building Code.
The permit for this project was issued on June 24, 2026, with an estimated cost of $10,000. HARTZION ENTERPRISES CORP is the general contractor for this work.
