Homeowners and pedestrians in the Norwood neighborhood of the Bronx will see a temporary heavy-duty sidewalk shed installed at 3050 Decatur Avenue. This installation is in compliance with Chapter #33 of the 2022 NYC Building Code and is designed for a live load of 300 psf.
The permit for this sidewalk shed was issued on August 12, 2026, with a project cost of $1,000. Supreme Installations Cor is the contractor for this safety measure.
