A commercial property in the Wilshire neighborhood of Los Angeles at 3174 W Olympic Blvd will soon feature a new sign. This permit is for the installation of one illuminated wall sign.
The sign will measure 2'x22' (44 sq ft) and be positioned 15'-2" from grade. This project, with an estimated cost of $3,500, was issued on August 20, 2026.
