For those in the Midtown-Times Square area of Manhattan, a temporary scaffold stair tower has been permitted. This installation is for a scaffold stair tower covering floors 2 through 5, in conjunction with new building construction, and will comply with the NYC Building Code.
This supported scaffold project was permitted on September 8, 2026, with an estimated cost of $10,000. STARR INDUSTRIES LLC is the general contractor for this installation.
