What was permitted
A swing stage suspended scaffold is being installed at 10 Gracie Square on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. This installation is in accordance with Chapter 33 of the NYC Building Code and will not alter the building's use, egress, or occupancy.
The permit for this work was issued on April 17, 2026. WEST NEW YORK RESTORATION is the contractor responsible for this installation.
